Program Overview

    • Establish preferred communication methods (email, messaging app, video calls).

    • Schedule regular workout sessions and check-ins.

Weekly Routine:

  1. Weekly Workout Plan:

    • Receive a detailed workout plan every week via email or a shared online platform.

    • The plan should include exercises, sets, reps, and video demonstrations if needed.

  2. Virtual Training Sessions (1-2 Times per Week):

    • Join live video sessions via Zoom, Skype, or another platform. Each session typically lasts 30-60 minutes.

    • Perform workouts with real-time feedback on form and technique.

    • Discuss any adjustments needed based on performance and progress.

  3. Midweek Check-In (Once a Week):

    • Send a brief update via email or messaging app on your progress, challenges, and any questions you have.

    • Receive feedback and encouragement from your trainer.

Monthly Routine:

  1. Progress Review and Goal Setting (Monthly Video Call):

    • Conduct a 30-minute video call to review your progress, update your goals, and discuss any adjustments to your workout plan.

    • Use this time to address any concerns or changes in your schedule or fitness level.

Daily Communication (As Needed):

    • Keep a daily log of your workouts, nutrition, sleep, and overall wellness.

    • Share this log with your trainer weekly for detailed feedback.

  2. Immediate Feedback:

    • Send videos of specific exercises for form checks if needed.

    • Ask questions or report issues (e.g., pain, difficulty with exercises) promptly via messaging app or email.

Supportive Communication:

  1. Motivational Messages (Weekly):

    • Receive motivational messages, tips, or educational content related to fitness and wellness.

  2. Community Support:

    • Join a private group or forum if offered by your trainer for additional support and interaction with other clients.
