Virtual Training Sessions (1-2 Times per Week):
Join live video sessions via Zoom, Skype, or another platform. Each session typically lasts 30-60 minutes.

Share this log with your trainer weekly for detailed feedback.

Send videos of specific exercises for form checks if needed.

Motivational Messages (Weekly):
Receive motivational messages, tips, or educational content related to fitness and wellness.
